The Dolls Festival procession hosted by Mizunashi Shrine was originally planned to cross the river by Choukyuu Bridge, since the procession needed to walk on both side of the river. However, due to one person, the construction on the Choukyuu Bridge started earlier than it was expected, so after some discussions Mizunashi Shrine staff came up with an idea of using Tooji Bridge, which was just a little far away than Choukyuu Bridge. They were initially skeptical of this route, until Eru Chitanda via Houtarou Oreki send them a message that she would personally ask other shrine priest to allow this. Her reply finally convinced them, and the procession crossed the river by Tooji Bridge.
